Instructor Training
As trainers of Driving Instructors we aim to deliver a comprehensive and detailed training programme. We will support you throughout your training and into your new career. There are no hidden costs or catches. In return, we simply ask that you strive to demonstrate the same enthusiasm and commitment to quality when instructing.
Leading by Example
This begins with our offer regarding payment of your course fees. Rather than promise the earth and ask for a considerable up-front payment, we offer Choices 1.2.3. We are confident in our ability to deliver training that meets both your's and the DSA’s needs. We’re prepared to prove it step by step by offering ‘Pay as you Learn’ course fee options. What’s more, having met the minimum DSA requirements we guarantee you a real career that rewards you, as well as the driving school for your efforts.
Achievable Goals
Understanding what is realistically achievable helps us all make informed decisions. To ensure your success we recommend taking some time to achieve full qualification. If you are currently employed please don’t give up that income until you at least pass the Part II Driving Test and have completed 40 hours of Part III training.
Regardless of your availability, the DSA take some time to enter you onto the Register and make tests available. In our experience it takes around 3 - 4 months to achieve a Trainee Licence. Having obtained it, you can then earn a full or part-time income and gain invaluable teaching experience with real pupils.
Approaching the Final Hurdle
A further 20 hours Part III in-car training over a period of approxiamtely four months will adequatley prepare you for the Part III test. When you achieve full ADI status, you will be able to take control of your lifestyle and income.
